We love these mats and use them all the time. We have the 11.5 x 14 inch sized ones. We first bought them in May 2010 (!) and only now in Sept. 2025 have we had to get rid of two of them because they were starting to wear out (too many cut lines forming). So we ordered another set. We use them daily, and just pop them in the dishwasher to clean. They truly are strong, flexible, and non-slip. I would give a six star review if I could. Definitely recommend these to family and friends without hesitation.

I like these boards for cutting veggies and meat. They are lightweight and bendable to then funnel the cut food into a container or the pan. Hand washing is the best to keep them flat, the dishwasher will make them curve.There is concern on micro plastic shavings ingesting but there is too much out in the world that I don't know about in processed food to be ingesting vs what I know I am cutting on the board. When the board looks too used from cutting I then throw it away.

These are great cutting mats! Pay attention to the size you're ordering. I got two sizes - medium and large - for different purposes. They don't mark up too easily, stay put, and are easy to clean. I hand wash them so they will last longer.

I love these. Color code make sense for different types of food. Thin design makes you hand one with the counter top. I use these exclusively except when cutting a roast and I need the juice groove of a traditional wooden one. The flexibility allows you to left and “pour” cut items into a sauté pan or bowl. Very few cut marks are visible and wash clean easily by hand. They are purportedly dishwasher safe, but I have not had the need to do that.

We have many cutting boards (wood, thicker plastic, etc) but we use these the most. They are easy to clean, easy to put in the drying rack without taking up so much space. They take up such little space in the cabinet. And they travel well. Brought some on vacation (sadly left our old ones behind so bought these as a replacement). Our old ones we brought on camping trips, to other people's house when we have to prep when we got there, just so easy to bring anywhere. Our older ones were a little bigger (by an inch or two), but these are a great size. And I like the colors better in this pack. I love their flexibility and they are sturdy enough to bring across the kitchen over to the stove top and easily bend and drop your ingredients, everything makes it into a pot or pan or a small bowl without losing food off the sides!
