    I like my peel!

    This has been working at home several times a month… it is not warping or splitting, and getting a nice patina where it contacts my pizza stone.Suggestion- use the back of a knife to scrape lightly against the grain prior to using corn meal as a dusting powder- the minuscule grain helps keep your pizza from sticking. Dont let any sauce get on the board- if you do, clean that, rub with paper towel to dry and apply flour or corn meal to that spot so your dough doesn’t stick.

    Great product! Recommend

    Great size! Big enough to fit a 16” rectangle pizza for my pizza stone. Beveled front edge, slides with ease. Bought a couple before this one and they were all too small. Long handle gives plenty of room for maneuvering. Recommend this product.

    Great peel

    Great pizza peel. Large size is perfect for launching large pizzas.

    Too thick and rough

    It is a bit too thick and the wood is rough which makes it more difficult for the pizza to slide off. Replaced this with an aluminum one.

    Good but might need a little prep work

    Works well:I does work well, I'm happy with the shape and size.  But I did need to sand it down first.  It was a little fuzzy if you will and wasn't good to slide pizza dough off of.  Works great now
